My companion said, “Aren’t you tired of seeing the desert?”
I simply answered, “No.”
I didn’t explain. He wouldn’t understand anyway. But the fact is, I couldn’t explain. Whether it’s an unending greenfield or a vast barren sand land, my eyes always like to wander through them. Never getting tired.
Vast, open spaces make me feel lost and free at the same time.
